Cannot sign in, editions not arriving, or want the account closed: write to [email protected] from the address on the account and say what you expected to happen. Closing an account is a request we act on, not one we argue with.
Your personal data
To see a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Grievance officer
Under the Information Technology Rules 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, complaints go to our grievance officer, PLACEHOLDER - grievance officer not yet named, at [email protected]. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.

How fast we answer
Grievances are acknowledged in 24 hours and resolved in 15 days. Personal-data requests take up to 30 days. Everything else gets an answer within 3 working days, usually sooner. If we have not replied, write again - we would rather have the duplicate than miss you.
