Refund policy

This policy explains when FeedAtom gives money back for a FeedAtom subscription, and how to ask.
Who this applies to
Anybody who has paid FeedAtom for a FeedAtom subscription. Ask at [email protected].
The free month costs nothing
Your first month is free and is applied automatically. No card is collected and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund for that period. You may stop at any time during it and owe us nothing.
The refund window
If you are charged for a month and are not happy with it, ask within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. After 7 days a paid month is not refundable, but you may cancel so that no further month is charged.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, saying which charge you mean. You do not have to give a reason. We will reply within 3 working days.
What is not refunded
Months already used beyond the 7-day window; accounts closed by us for breaking the terms of service; and anything you were not charged for in the first place, which at launch is everything.
How long a refund takes
Once approved, we send the refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank, usually a further 5 to 10 working days.
