A prestigious documentary festival in Keralam is in censorship limbo
In a note sent to filmmakers, the festival organisers wrote, “We regret to inform you that, as we have not received the necessary censor exemption for your film from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, we will be unable to screen it at the 18th IDSFFK.”
