Hookah bars banned in Uttar Pradesh, court says can't serve even in smoking zones
The Allahabad High Court has ruled that restaurants, cafes and other public places cannot serve hookah to customers, even in designated smoking areas, saying this is barred under the law governing tobacco products and smoking in public places.
