Telangana Assembly declares Khairatabad seat vacant following Danam Nagender disqualification
Accordingly, Assembly Secretary Rendla Thirupathi issued a gazette notification on September 26 stating that, in pursuance of the High Court judgment, Danam Nagender, who was elected from the Khairatabad constituency, stood disqualified with effect from April 23, 2024.
