Wangchuk fears 'encounter' after accusing govt of Ladakh atrocities

SRINAGAR: Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk said Thursday he feared he could be subjected to an “encounter” for speaking out against what he called atrocities in Ladakh, a year after police firing killed four protesters in Leh.
